Lawyerly Duties

This year I was lotteried into the clinic I was hoping to to get into since I started law school. I was and still am grateful for the experience. After having an amazing year-long internship, it has been a struggle switching over to being an actual legal representative. The clinic is much more comprehensive, detailed, and generally slower. It has been overwhelming and exciting while at the same time, extremely time-consuming and emotionally-taxing.

I don’t have any particular reasons in writing this entry. I figured I should give an update here and there. Man, I am pooped. I want to crawl into bed and read a cheesy romance novel.

Binghamton Reminiscing

For anyone who went to BU, you should know what Bar Crawl is. Well, today Bar Crawl ’13 is happening and I am feeling extra old as I see gaggles of girls and boys with their beer mugs going from bar to bar. They start as early as 8am until well into the night. As I drove by these kids, I literally am shocked by how young they look and I get bummed with how that’s possible. I haven’t been out of college that long and yet I see them as itty bitty younguns. Anyways, I’ll stay inside with the pup away from the sweltering heat and debauchery (that tends to come about when excessive drinking is the itinerary). Now let’s do a wiggle dance and pretend to not be as old as we really are.
